Site Attack and Upcoming Post

One of my intentions for this blog was to write around 4 post a month; however, with my work and other life occurrences I am not always able to post information and updates. This month was also a bit trying in that my site was spammed to submission. All problems have been resolved. I do have a couple of post in the works, and hope to have a couple of posts before I December 11. Afterward, I will not be posting until mid-January.

The man topics I’m hoping to cover are my two meads I have recently created. I have notes and pictures. Of course, one is the Oktoberfest braggot mead, which is still nameless. I also have made a simple sweet mead. The recipes section is coming along, and I hope to add more to it soon. Also, on my recent journey to Tennessee Starr and I stopped at a local winery, which was selling a mead made by a local mead enthusiast. More to come, so stay tuned.
